MIM integer machine

Zhuoen MIM Shaping Hydraulic Press is a special CNC shaping equipment developed by Shanghai Zhuoen Industrial Co., Ltd. specifically for correcting parts after Metal Injection Molding (MIM) sintering. It is suitable for correcting the deformation of MIM parts caused by sintering shrinkage, and can also be used in the shaping process of powder metallurgy and precision die castings.
The equipment adopts a high-strength four-column fuselage, which undergoes aging stress relief treatment. The whole machine has sufficient rigidity and is not easy to deform during the pressing process. Equipped with a PLC touch CNC system, the hydraulic pressure, pressure holding time, slider stroke, fast and slow speed can all be set and adjusted on the touch screen. The pressure output is stable, and it supports the storage and calling of multi-stage process programs. It collects pressure and displacement data in real time, automatically generates curves, judges product quality online, and production records can be exported and connected to the MES system to achieve full quality traceability.
Equipped with pressure overload protection, safety gratings, and emergency stop protection to ensure the safety of mass production. The tonnage of the equipment can be customized as needed, with optimized oil circuit and stable oil temperature control, making it suitable for large-scale shaping operations of MIM parts such as 3C electronics, automotive precision parts, and hardware structural parts. It supports matching automatic feeding and demoulding mechanisms, and can be integrated into automated production lines, providing a stable and reliable shaping solution for the MIM industry.
